[Nfbofsc] October Columbia Chapter meeting changed

Due to low water pressure at the Federation Center of the Blind, a boil
water advisory, roads and bridges in the area being compromised, a continued
curfew, the bus system not running, schools closed, etc. in the Columbia
area, the October 8 Columbia Chapter meeting is being postponed until
Thursday, October 15 at 6:30 p.m.  The meeting of the Columbia Chapter
Nominating Committee will also be postponed until Thursday, October 15 at
5:30 p.m.  The Nominating Committee consists of David Houck as Chairman,
Kattie Jackson, Shelley Coppel, Dale Wolthoff and Neil Dorsey.
