[Nfbofsc] Did you get ahead or lose a few dollars for 2017?

The same thing happens with our salaries with the state.  They say you get a
cost of living adjustment, but then they go up on insurance, taxes, etc.
that offsets that, making the take-home pay less than where you started.
One step forward and two steps back.
