Conference Series session.

Title:   Home, Community or Travel: Rules for Service Animals are not the
same


Description:  

Service animals are defined and viewed differently under the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the Air Carriers
Access Act (ACAA). Join us and learn how each of these laws provides
protections for individuals with disabilities. Learn what businesses,
governments, employers, airlines, and housing providers are or are not
required to do. Become educated on permissible questions and/or permissible
documentation a covered entity may ask or require from an individual with a
disability.
