[Nfbofsc] Federation Center of the Blind hit by vehicleSaturday, September 24 @ 3 a.m.

Attached are a few photos.  The Administrative Assistant's office was
heavily damaged along with office furniture and supplies.  This includes
rebuilding 3 office walls (2 of which were brick walls), 2 windows, 2 doors,
carpeting, an outside free library stand and an entrance sign for parking.

 

Although we are insured, we must repurchase the destroyed items in the
meantime so that the office can be used again as it was before.

 

If you wish to make a tax deductible contribution to the Office Restoration
Project, this will enable us to obtain office furniture and supplies as well
as to erect a barrier which will prevent future damage to the facility by
intoxicated drivers.
