[Nfbofsc] 3D Educational Map

Perhaps a few of the more important State parks. Not all of them.  Maybe at
least one that is more blind friendly or could be made more accessible with
some NFB direction.

Question: how many points on the map would be considered a reasonable
number? How many maps are planned?
