[Nfbofsc] Self-Defense Class rescheduled for May 6

Hello Federationist,

 

Just a reminder that the self-defense class scheduled for April 1 at the
center has been changed to May 6 from 1:00 until 3:00 with snacks to follow.
The cost is only $10 for two hours of hands-on demonstrations.

The first class was very successful and we look forward to another great
