APRIL 13 COLUMBIA CHAPTER MEETING

In the absence of President Tiffiny Mitchell, First Vice
President Steve Cook gaveled the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. Several
visitors were present including Mr. & Mrs. Tom Pendleton from West Virginia
and family members, Sally Johnson, and a few others. Pray for the Ingle
family members as Tommy Ingle passed away on May 5. Ike Nelson's kitchen
crew served a delicious hamburger and hot dog dinner. Dr. Capps introduced
our guest speaker who was Commissioner Alexzena Furgess of the Columbia
Housing Authority. Jennifer Bazer gave a devotional on a mother's heart and
pink carnations were passed out to all the mothers.

There was no barbecue report as funds were still coming in.
The Memorial Day weekend Rocky Bottom trip is on! Although the van is full,
if you want to be placed on the waiting list, contact Tiffiny Mitchell at
603-2098 to place your name on the waiting list and pay Kattie Jackson $30

have a choice of colors. Kattie Jackson gave the Treasurer's report and
there was approximately $1,619.65 in the treasury. All of you
Mothers, have a blessed Mother's Day!
