[Nfbofsc] Columbia Chapter Newsletter date correction

There will be a BINGO on Saturday, November 11 at the Federation Center.
Food will be served between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and BINGO takes place
between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  The cost for food will be reasonable but
has not been decided as yet.  BINGO Cards will cost $4 for one, $7 for two
and $10 for three cards.
