[Nfbofsc] Update to Delta’s Service Animal Policy

An update to Delta’s policy on Service Animals.  Basically guide & Service Dog handlers need to carry vaccination records on them But they Do Not need to be submitted online.
Also you no longer need to present anything to the check-in desk, you can check in curbside or at a kiosk as before.
For those with Emotional Support Animals, you are still required to submit documentation.
