[Nfbofsc] Ruby Bryant passes

Dear Federation family:

 

Many of you knew Ruby Bryant as a longtime federationist and blind licensed
vendor.  From what I was told, she had COPD issues and after a trip to the
mountains, she was found dead in her residence.  I will pass along more
details as things progress.
