Howdy Fellow Federationists:


On May 28, 2019, the US Department of Labor's Office of Disability
Employment Policy (ODEP) began a national online dialogue regarding the use
of special wage certificates under section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards
At. The Department of Labor will use the information gathered through this
forum to "provide ODEP an overview of Section 14(c) at the state and
national levels."



As a result, those who are benefitting from the exploitation of workers with
disabilities are attempting to overwhelm the online dialogue to
over-represent national support for sub minimum wages. It is critical that
our voices be heard to counteract this false narrative. Please visit
