Hi All, 

 

For people that are not on Face Book.  Below is a message that the Comet
posted today pertaining to DART reservations.  They are planning to only
schedule rides 7 days out.  There is an Email address and phone number in
the below text to contact about this.  

 

THE COMET ADVANCE SCHEDULING FOR TRIP RESERVATIONS Starting October 4, 2019,
The COMET will allow DART riders an opportunity to make trip reservations

up to seven (7) days in advance. Individuals can request a trip by calling
the DART reservationist at (803) 255- 7123. Trip reservations are accepted
between

the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Sunday and holidays. If a
caller requests a reservation on a holiday, he/she may leave a detailed
voice

recording that will be confirmed by the scheduler between 6:00 pm and 7:00pm
on the same day. DART reservationists will confirm trip reservations at the

time of scheduling. DART does not accept same day trip requests. We are
seeking comments on this change. Please email aprince at TheCOMETSC.gov with
feedback
