Greetings Fellow Federationists:
If you have not done so already, I strongly encourage you to
pay your $10 state dues as soon as possible as the deadline to receive dues
is January 31, 2020. When you submit your $10 state dues, it is extremely
important you provide accurate contact information such as, name, address,
phone number and email address if applicable. These things do change and if
we do not have accurate information, we and our national office cannot keep
you up to date on what's going on. All membership contact information is
being collected on a spread sheet and will be submitted to our national
office by March 1. Once the national office receives this information, new
members listed on the spread sheet will receive a membership medallion which
will signify you as a member of the NFB.

statewide seminar toward the commercial refrigerator and freezer fund. Also
congratulations to the Lancaster, Grand Strand, Laurens chapters and Linda
Bible as they contributed $100 each and are the newest members to join the
$100/100 club. To date, we have raised $2170 in contributions and $700 in
pledges for a grand total of $2870. . Let's keep the momentum going!
The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is
not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day, we raise
the expectations of blind people because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want:
blindness is not what holds you back.
Final Thought: Transforming our dreams into reality: "Don't spend your
life looking back thinking what you should have done, the past is just that,
but the future is yours to create, so make your dreams a reality."
