Hello!

Successful Transitions along with Frank's permission are following the
recommendation of the National President, Riccobono who said programs under
NFB of SC, Federation Center of the Blind, and Rocky Bottom due not need to
be overseen by a board.

A financial statement will be read at the state convention for Successful
Transitions as they have a separate account from NFB of SC activities and
financials.

Frank will be forming a committee to oversee the activities of the director
of Successful Transitions since the program is growing and has more
responsibilities now with the Summer Teen program.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Hi Jennifer,

I know the other board meetings for the NFB of SC are open to the
membership. Are the Successful Transition board meetings open to the
membership? If yes, when do they meet and the location?
