The Sports and Recreation Division of the NFB of South Carolina now has an official Facebook group page and it’s a public group page. Please come and join and spread the word to others. 

This will be a group where anyone can post questions, share knowledge regarding exercise, fitness, health, nutrition, medical, activities and anything and everything people need and want more knowledge and help with. Please spread the word and come join. The name of the group page is called NFB of South Carolina Sports and Recreation Division. There is also a link attached in this email.
