Hey, if you need my computer assistance, please let me know. Was really good to be with you at a Chapter meeting, even if my best friend could hardly walk (needs left knee surgery badly); I also appreciate the efforts with the laptop, receipts to be provided at the next meeting would be helpful. Have a good evening. Cheri P.S. Thank you for the gift card! God bless.

Good morning Shannon, this will be my first year attending the convention. How do I get this application filled out? Right now I don't have the computer capability of filling this out and I'm only home for the weekend and I'll be back in the commission on Monday morning?? Please let me know what you think what we can do to get it filled out and maybe I can get some of the grant money to help me pay for my convention. Thank you for all your hard work and determination and support regards Roger

Hello,
Great news! The deadline for the Palmetto convention Grant, the grant for first-time convention attendees. has been extended from July 15th to July 30th at 11:59 p.m. One of the questions was slightly changed to make sure it is clear that any of the NFB of SC members can attend; it does not only apply to the blind members.
The question now reads …
If you are blind, do you feel that any of your hobbies are no longer attainable due to your blindness?
If so, which ones?
I have attached the updated application. I hope it will come through on the list serve. Please let me know if you have any further questions. (803) 254-0222.
Thank you.
