Yes, there will be time from 12:30 until 1:30 for exhibitors on Saturday
afternoon. It will be in all final letters and the venders will be told of

Just one question.  Since there will not be a luncheon, will there be time
during midday for the exhibitors to exhibit?

Memo To:          Companies and Agencies Serving the Blind

 

2021 NFB of SC Exhibit Hall Application Form

 

              The sixty-fifth annual state convention of the NFB of SC will
be held the weekend of August 20-22 at the North Charleston Marriott Hotel
located at 4770 Goer Drive, North Charleston, SC, 29406.                One
of the highlights of the convention will be the Exhibit Hall.  The Exhibit
Hall offers agencies, businesses and the blind opportunities to display
their services on behalf of the blind at the convention.  Aids and
appliances catalogs are welcome to be displayed in the Exhibit Hall.  We are
planning to have at least 200 delegates represented from all across the
state.  You will want to display for this big event.  Exhibit Hall hours are
Friday, August 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, August 21 from
7:00 to 8:15 a.m. and from 5:45 to 6:15 p.m.; and Sunday morning from 7:15
to 8:15 a.m.  Please fill out the Exhibit Hall Application and return it to
NFB of SC Convention Exhibit Hall, 119 S. Kilbourne Rd., Columbia, SC 29205
with a $75.00 check for state agencies and other non-federation exhibitors
for Exhibit Hall space by no later than August 2.

              Please make your hotel reservations now with the N. Charleston
Marriott Hotel by calling 843-747-1900 and let them know you are registering
for the NFB of SC state convention to receive the discounted rates.

              Room rates are as follows:  Singles and doubles, $115.00 per
night.  Triples, $125.00 per night.  Quads, $135.00 per night.  I look
