[NFBofSC] Dorothy Barksdale passes

Sherri, that was a beautiful and fitting scripture. Thank you as I think about Dorothy. Physically, she is gone but never, never forgotten.

She also served as Secretary for the Columbia Chapter, Federation Center of the Blind, NFB of SC state board and the Rocky Bottom board.
