Spartanburg chapter news!
On Saturday, December 2, 2022, the Spartanburg Chapter of the NFB of SC
hosted a Christmas luncheon for our members! 🥳😋
In addition, we elected our new board for 2023, and they are as follows:
Belinda Banks: president
Melinda Jones: vice president

luanne Mckinnon: secretary
Roger Webb: treasure

Derique Simon: board member at large 🎈🎊🎉🥳🤗🍾🙌

Last, but certainly not least, we played name that tune, Christmas edition!
It was so much fun! Of course, there were lots of laughs and wrong words!
However, as a family, we thoroughly enjoyed it, as well as each other!
Personally, all I have to say about that is 🤣🤣🤣 I still don’t know what
a Molly Jolly Christmas is!
Ho,ho,hold up!!!
We definitely did not forget about the reason for the season. Our affiliate
has a community service committee,co-chairs, Andrew Adams, and Patricia
Jenkins. We were asked as an affiliate to contribute to a canned goods or
perishable items Drive. So, of course, being who we are, the mighty
Spartanburg Chapter, we did just that. All of the food that was leftover
was donated to the homeless as well as the non-perishable items. teamwork,
definitely makes the dream work!
