The Lee County Chapter memberF would like for you to share in our joy as we congratulate Mr. Roosevelt Burgess who has been elected to for fill the position as first Vice President which became vacant during the passing of our beloved Carolyn Outlaw.

Roosevelt is very excited and eager to carry on the work of the national Federation of the blind of Lee County and of South Carolina as we work together to help our chapter grow and help others to live the life they want. 
Once again, congratulations Mr  Burgess. We welcoming you in your new position.
