Dateline: February 4, 2022.
We are pleased to announce the addition of 24 new publications to the
NFB-NEWSLINE service. We have added content to the categories of Breaking
News, International Publications, Magazines, and State Newspapers.
In the Breaking News category, we added 3 publications:
Name: Newsmax
Details: A conservative American news and opinion website.
Name: Tech XPlore
Details: A division of the Science X network, which covers the latest
engineering, electronics and technology advances.
Name: Native News Online
Details: This is an Indigenous-focused news publication owned by Indian
Country Media LLC.
In the category of International publications, we have 2 additions.
Name: Royal Gazette
Details: Out of Bermuda, it is the only daily newspaper published in Bermuda
Name: Kathmandu Post
Details: Published in Nepal, it is one of the largest English-language
newspapers in the country.
The following 5 magazines were added:
Name: Ability Magazine
Details: Launched as the first newsstand magazine focused on issues of
health and disability.
Name: Animal Tales
Details: A part of our Kid's Reading Corner collection, is the only
children's magazine of its kind to focus entirely on animals It engages
young readers with heartwarming animal stories and articles that educate.
Name: Fast Company
Details: The world's leading progressive business media brand, with a unique
editorial focus on innovation in technology, leadership, and design.
Name: Forbes
Details: An American business magazine features original articles on
finance, industry, investing and marketing topics.
Name: J-14
Details: Also a part of our Kid's Reading Corner collection, is abbreviated
from the original title "just for teens" and is the number one teen
celebrity magazine. Timely and star-worthy, it covers celebrity news like no
other teen title.
Finally, in State newspapers, we added 14 newspapers to various states. They
are as follows:
State: Alabama.
Newspaper Name: Tuscaloosa News
Details: Covers Tuscaloosa and the surrounding areas in west central
Alabama.
State: California
Newspaper Name: Ventura County Star
Details: Covers the areas of Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Ventura and Simi Valley.
State: Florida
Newspaper Name: Ocala Star Banner
Details: Serving Marion County and the surrounding communities
State: Illinois
Newspaper Name: The Pantagraph
Details: Serving the Bloomington-Normal region
State: Indiana

Details: Serving the Henderson region of the state

Details: Serving the city of DeRidder and Beauregard Parish.

Details: Published in and covers Bremerton.
To access these publications on the telephone, press 5 off the main menu,
followed by the option for the state or region you wish. If you are a
resident of one of the states that these publications originate, you may
press option 3 and navigate to the publication. To access the magazine
content, select option 7.
If using Web News on Demand, navigate to relevant category that you want to
explore. For iOS users, navigate to the Information Sources page and select
