Agenda for the beam committee meeting on February ninth on Wednesday at 7 PM.  
First thing on the agenda will be speaking about the location for our up-and-coming event. The next item on this agenda will be  coming up with some ideas to put on the flyer. This flyer will be presented at the legislative breakfast. That will take place on February 23rd.
