Melinda Jones asked if anyone reached out to Blind DJ

Charleston Chapter will take care of reception decorations and DJ
Andrew brought up a Fundraiser idea about collecting atleast 20-25 dollars from each chapter and division to possibly raffle off 
Prom king and Queen ideas about voting.
Andrew asked about changing nomination and voting to be held earlier in the convention(President was not on to answer)
Discussions about State Convention Contract. Questions were raised about the luncheon Frank responded with lunch was included in the 13-14 thousand portion of contract . Roger asked about a budget (President was not available) Linda and Roger asked if contract could be cancelled due to the pandemic. If a force majeure clause was in place.
