Hey everyone,

I am reaching out to see if anyone would be interested in joining a
Communities Of Faith division if one were to be created in the South
Carolina Affiliate? I recently spoke with COF President Tom Anderson and I
feel it is a great fit for SC. With both our diversity and strong belief in
God, SC could be a leader in this area.

The purpose of this division is to encourage and support blind people in the
pursuit of religious callings, to assist in their inclusion in communities
of faith, and to provide a vehicle for collective action;

If you are interested, feel free to respond here or give me a text/call at

I would like to also ask for prayers for Tom Anderson as he is going through
a lot right now.

I probably missed some of the traffic regaurding this division, so i would
like to know what the focus of this group will be.  Will there be an
emphasis on Jesus since He stated that He is the way, the truth, and life
and that oone can go to the Father except through Him?  Thanks and have a

We will have a Communities of Faith interest meeting for the SC affiliate on
Monday, January 31 at 6PM Eastern on the Federation zoom platform.

 

If you are interested in joining this division, we look forward to seeing
you on the meeting at 6PM on January 31 to elect officers and develop the
constitution.

 

The President and Vice-President must be blind. We will also have a
secretary/treasurer.
