Here is the write up for sports and Rec 50/50 drawing.  Then after the write I’ll also paste in the info to send out for the cookout. 

Sports and Rec Division Fundraiser 50/50 Drawing 

The Sports and Rec Division is having a 50/50 Drawing fundraiser. There will be the first name pull of 50/50, second name pull Gift basket of all kinds of goodies. 

The winners will be drawn during State Convetion during the banquet. 

You DO NOT need to be present to win. 

Here is the breakdown of cost for entries into The Drawing:

1 entry for $5
3 entries for $10
7 entries for $20.

AFFILIATE WIDE COOKOUT

The Sports and Recreation Division is hosting an affiliate wide Potluck Cookout. There is NO cost to attend. All families, friends, kid of all ages are all welcome. 

We all have been stuck in our homes for literally years straight for many people. Let’s all take this opportunity and get together outdoors in the fresh air and laugh together. 


There will be an official tug of war set up, watering slide AND a dunk tank.  Which Steve Cook and myself David Rebocho have  volunteered to be the people you all try to dunk. While Steve and I have respectful fun with some good old fashion  trash talking. HAHAHAHA

The event will be at the Federation Center on Saturday June 25th from 10am till 4pm. 

Below is a list of categories for people to pick from and to let us know what you can bring when they email their RSVP. 

Categories:

Meat, poultry, fish 
Salad of any type
Desserts, fruit
Beverages 
Condiments
Paper goods
