He is a member of the PA Rehab Council, Employment First Oversight Commission and several Citizens Advisory Councils that meet to discuss potential barriers within the Vocational Rehabilitation Process. He is involved in several policy workgroups for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, while also outreaching to programs, projects, and facilities throughout Pennsylvania to inform them of CAP services. Andrew is passionate about advocating for Individuals with Disabilities throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania regarding employment services.
