Good morning Seniors,

 

This is a friendly reminder to join us this afternoon at 2:00 pm,on the
Palmetto zoom platform for our monthly meeting.  We will have Janice Bright
from our own Sports and Rec division speaking to us about Mindfulness and
walking us through a meditation exercise.  It promises to be an interesting
and informative meeting.
