Note: Because New Years is on the first Sunday of the month, which is during
our monthly scheduled meetings, we will meet the following week.

Topic: Emotional Intelligence, The Difference Between Winning And
Succeeding.

Review of the former topic: Civility, what it is and what it is not. How to
apply it as a life skill and how we can better relate to others.

This Mentoring and Outreach Work Group is extending an invitation for all to
attend our meetings. We will discuss topics that will strengthen our ability
to effectively relate to a diverse culture in and outside of the NFB as we
mentor and organized community events. Thus, our goal is to make a positive
influence by implementing critical, and yet uplifting activities to enhance
the quality of life for the blind. In addition, connecting members with
mentors who can answer questions and offer guidance is equally important to
the success of this Work Group.

So, please join us on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at 5:00 PM EST by zoom.
