Good morning,

This morning someone said they had heard that Covid is enjoying a comeback in Houston. That is not the case. Harris County uses a color system to tel its citizen about Covid levels. Green is good, and red is bad. Today, Houston and Harris County are at green, which means low levels of Covid.
