[NFBofSC] Embassy Suites Update

Good Afternoon All,

There were two questions that arose regarding reserving rooms at the Embassy Suites that have now been resolved. Please see below.

  1.  When reserving a room, a credit card is required. Nothing is charged on the card until you arrive and check in unless you do not cancel in advance.
  2.  Some folks are planning to have more than two people in a room. The hotel originally said that the cost for triples and quads would be $132. A review of the contract yielded that this is not in there. According to the hotel contact, this has now been corrected and all rooms will be at the rate of $112 per night plus applicable taxes and fees.

You are encouraged to begin making those reservations!
