Dear Federation Family,

It is Easter 2024 and Christians around the world celebrate this day as the
culmination of the plan of salvation for believers. Happy Easter to all who
celebrate this special day in the church calendar.

Today is the final day to complete applications for National Federation of
the Blind Scholarships for college students and we are proud that there are
so many worthy candidates from South Carolina. Three candidates had an
interview with me and their letters will be written and uploaded into the
portal this week. There are at least two additional candidates who completed
their applications but have not reached out for an interview. A
recommendation letter from the state president is required. It is not too
late as these letters must be uploaded by April 15, 2024. We wish these
students luck as the deliberation process begins by the Scholarship
Committee.

The next Presidential Release will take place on April 3, 2024 at 8:00 p.m.
on the Zoom platform. The meeting ID is 961 2348 7809 or you can refer to
the e-mail sent to the listserv for other ways to access this webinar.
