Good afternoon NABS Family from Your Fundraising Committee,

We hope you are all having a fabulous Saturday ! One of our goals is to help
people feel healthier and happier. If you would like to learn about
nutrition, physical health, yoga, and meditation, join us for a free and
virtual workshop all about health on Sunday, June 2, from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m.
Eastern.


The workshop will feature professional experts and will include a
nutritionist, nurse, and meditation/yoga instructor. And here's the best
part. All of our panelists will make presentations targeted towards blind
audiences. You will also have time to ask the panelists questions during the
workshop.


This virtual event will serve as a prelude to our walk a thon which will
take place at our National Convention. If you would like to participate,
Come join us, and learn about how you can be healthier and happier. This
event will certainly help you to live the life you want! Have an amazing
week, and don't forget to register for this amazing and accessible workshop.
