[NFBofSC] We Kare Committee condolences

I have known Ernest Gallman for many years. He was not just an
exemplary Columbia Chapter member but he also had a reputation as a DJ
for many parties, weeding receptions and the like. He will be greatly
missed and well remembered.

	I wasn’t going to say anything here because I’ve been in constant
contact with Ernest since the time, he went into the Lowman Home
Nursing Facility. But a friend of mine was surprise to see so few
comments and or words of condolences in memory of our brother. After
all, he was a long time NFB member and when he was well, he attended
the Columbia chapter meetings. I dubbed him the Blind Peoples DJ.
I’ll miss him and regret not going to visit with him at the Lowman
Home.

 With sadness in our hearts, we regret to inform you of the passing of
Ernest Gallman, of the Columbia Chapter on earlier this evening. He
will be deeply missed.
 Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers as
they go through this most difficult time.
 No other information has been given to us at this time. However, we
will keep you updated on funeral arrangements as they are provided to
us.
