It is with heartfelt sympathy that the We Kare Committee extends our
thoughts and prayers to Shelley Tinsley of the Hampton Chapter on the
passing of her beloved father, Mr. Victor Billups, who transitioned on
Monday, May 19, 2025.

During this time of loss, we ask that you keep Shelley and her family
uplifted in your thoughts and prayers. May they find comfort, strength, and
peace in the memories they shared and in the love that surrounds them.
