Dear Federation Family,

It is that time of year again — the moment when our collective membership takes center stage and voices their power! 🌟
You are officially invited to the South Carolina Association of Black Leaders (SCABL) Monthly Meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 7:00 PM ET via Zoom.

This is our Annual Election Night, and it is a big one —
All FIVE (yes, ALL five!) Board seats are up for election this year, including:
President
currently held by Janice Bright
First Vice President
currently held by Melinda Jones
Second Vice President
Currently held by Andrew Adams
Secretary/Treasurer
Currently healed by Shannon Cook
Board Member At Large
Currently held by Michelle Scott

We will be accepting open nominations from the floor, so if you have ever thought about stepping into a leadership role or if you want to support the current generation of SCABL leaders, now is the moment!
Please remember: you must be a paid SCABL member to vote and/or run for any Board seat.

It only cost $10 for a full year of leadership development, networking, fellowship, and powerful programming!

And because SCABL believes leadership should come with a side of celebration…
🎉 Once elections wrap up, we’re shifting into “fun mode!”
We’ll hold an open, lively discussion as well as drawing names for gift card giveaways, and all members who have already paid their dues for the upcoming year are automatically eligible.
