Dear Chapter Presidents,

Greetings from the We Kare Committee.

As we prepare for the Memorial Service during the NFB of South Carolina
State Convention on Sunday, August 16, I am requesting your assistance in
ensuring that all of our Federation family members who have passed away
since our last state convention in August 2025 are properly remembered and
honored.

Please submit the names and sunset dates of any members from your chapter
who have transitioned during this period. It is very important that we
receive this information so that no one is inadvertently omitted from the
memorial service.

You may email or text the information to me at your earliest convenience.
Your timely response is greatly appreciated as we work to finalize the
memorial presentation.

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in helping us honor the lives
and contributions of our Federation family members.
