Good Morning,
This is a friendly reminder that spam messages happen way too often and
appear to be real. They are not. Spammers have gotten sophisticated and
their attention to knowing whose names to include is alarming, such as
knowing that Marty McKenzie and Valerie Warrington work closely together for
the NFB of SC. . We will never send you private messages asking you to send
money. If the message seems suspicious, it probably is.
Please look at the sender's email address. If it is not the address for the
person it is supposed to be from, it is spam. If you are uncertain, ask for
another person to weigh in. . Lastly, never click on a link in one of these
messages. There is no telling what you may be agreeing to by doing so.
We want everyone to be safe and enjoy the experience of our list serves. If
you are not sure about a message, please reach out to ensure the
authenticity of the message. Many of us are here to help if needed.
With gratitude,
Shannon Cook
The greatest investment you can make in this world is kindness.
