Good Morning Fellow Federationists,

 

Last month, I sent an email regarding one of our membership tools, the Member Management Module. This month I want to share information about another one of our tools, the Member Profile. This is a tool for our members to change their own demographic information and learn about member benefits. Please share with your members that this tool is available to them. Of course, if a member requests assistance with the process, we ask that someone in the chapter, division or affiliate reach out and assist. Please see below my signature. Thank you.

Member Profile

The member profile is available to all current members. Note that it is *NOT* part of the NFB Portal. It is a totally separate system. This is a self-service area on nfb.org where individuals can update contact information, check their membership status, and find member benefits. To log in to your member profile, visit nfb.org and activate the “Members” link. From here, if you have never logged in or if you have forgotten your password, activate the “reset password” link, and on the next screen, enter the email address you use for NFB communications in the username field. You will then receive an email containing instructions on resetting your password.
