OK, pardon me. I will copy to Shelly. I made a $25 contribution to the senior camp and I cannot find the receipt. Did you receive that money? It was not to bid on a basket because I already realized that I did not have enough money. 

Also, can you confirm that you have received my camp application as well as a fax of my medical report from my primary care doctors office?
