[NFBofSC] National Convention Sponsorship Fund

Dear Members,

The National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina invites you to take the next step in your leadership journey through the National Convention Sponsorship Fund.

This opportunity provides financial support to help offset the cost of attending the National Convention while investing in your growth, leadership development, and active participation within our organization.

Selected recipients are expected to:
• Represent the organization in a professional manner  
• Actively engage in convention activities  
• Contribute to fundraising efforts that support future members  

📌 Application Deadline  
All applications must be completed and submitted by April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern. No exceptions.

📌 Recipient Expectations  
If selected, recipients are required to attend General Sessions and work at least two of the following during the National Convention:  
• NFB of South Carolina Fundraising Table in the Exhibit Hall  
• Independence Market in the Exhibit Hall  
• Talking Signs  

Recipients should also be prepared to share their experience during the NFB of SC Annual State Convention.

📝 Application Requirements  
Applicants must submit:  
• A completed application  
• A written essay  
• A letter of recommendation from their Chapter President
