Subject: [NFBN-Announce] Monarch Loan Program for NFB Members

 

Dear Federation Members,

 

The American Action Fund for Blind Children and Adults is launching a limited loan program to help eligible blind people in the United States purchase a Monarch <https://www.aph.org/meet-monarch/> . The program will finance the purchase of a limited number of Monarch units. You will not be asked to prove financial hardship to apply. This program is available to members of the National Federation of the Blind.

 

The interest form opened October 1, 2026, and forms will be considered in the order they are received. 

 

If you want to apply, please complete the Monarch Low-Interest Loan Program Interest Form <https://actionfund.org/monarch-loan> . 

 

Submitting the form is the first step in the process and does not guarantee loan approval. The American Action Fund for Blind Children and Adults will review submissions and contact applicants about next steps.

 

We hope this program opens another path to this innovative technology for blind people who can most benefit.
