[NFBofSC] Update: Fred Vercher Memorial Dinner

[cs2011 at att.net]

Hello all, I'm having to change the location for the Fred Vercher Memorial
Dinner. For those using DART, the address for the event is: 2865 Divine St.
It is still Henry's restaurant, just a different location. The date and time
are still the same.
