The station recorded wind chills below zero from Jan. 7-10.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>State Climatologist Hope Mizzell says she's getting the first dependable wind speed data from the mountains.
