It seems that another blind lady developed a braille translation program for optical character recognition for pdf image files. She interviewed me concerning the importance of braille literacy. We also spoke concerning the percentage of those who are blind that use braille and receiving braille instruction at the earliest age. I did speak about the federation and what we do at the Center.
