Tommy was suffering from dementia. He lived in a rest home in Woofruff, SC following the passing of his wife Juanita Ingle before Christmas. There will be a memorial service next week and Tommy will be cremated and buried in Greenville. More details to come on the Memorial Service. Tommy served in the Greenville and Columbia chapters of the NFB of SC for a number of years. He attended the Spartanburg School for the Blind and was close to Donald Capps when he was also a student there.
