They should also have headphones on hand but I would take my own set just to be safe.<br class="">They put some sort of box in a slot on the side of the machine and it puts it in the accessible mode.</div><div class="">The inns and outs of this process I am not aware of but in a nutshell that is how it works. You should know that you do not have the ability to make the speech go faster unfortunately but I do believe you have the ability to raise and lower the volume.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">As far as doing an absentee ballot I have had to do one with assistance from someone in the past when I was in college so I do not know if we have an accessible version of an absentee ballot here in South Carolina.
