<p class="MsoNormal">The Prevention of Blindness Counselor determines eligibility, as outlined in the SCCB Prevention of Blindness policies and Procedures Manual, and coordinates services accordingly. Coordinates medical services for qualified consumers of
the Prevention of Blindness Program. Ensures services are financial sponsored through the SCCB and purchase requisitions are prepared. Make necessary follow up contacts with doctor offices and consumers.
