This may be quite an event both for the significantly blind and the low vision. While I have some peripheral vision, I often miss all of the details so I am looking forward to this Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.<o:p></o:p></p><div><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class="MsoNormal">Please note that the article says that NBC Universal would provide the audio description and it would be on the Secondary Audio Program channel (SAP). I suspect this means that only the NBC Universal broadcast will have the aD, and not all the other channels. If you watch NBC Universal on providers such as Direct TV, Dish, etc. you will likely have the audio description already turned on. If you watch TV over the air you will likely have to use the TV SAP feature.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class="MsoNormal">I left Fred Brack, ACB Audio Description Project, a voice message asking for references on getting the Secondary Audio Program channel (SAP) on various devices.
