There will be 2-chapter members (Due to COVID restrictions), manning the booth according to the planned schedule for each volunteer. Displayed and open for discussions will be brochures, blind paraphernalia, Braille Alphabet cards, self-addressed, postage-paid envelopes for those individuals who don’t carry cash and an option to $NFBSumterChapter to CASHAPP, PayPal or mail their donation back to us.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal> Our visibility in the community is to offer information about the NFB, seek potential members and solicit funds as well. We promote and bring awareness to blindness and offer information. Over the years, with this sponsored fair booth from the Sumter Lions Club, we have met so many people who happens to be blind and family members who relayed the information to blind individuals and they became involved with the Sumter Chapter or one in their area.
