We will be more than happy to provide in-depth information on our meetings to anyone who reaches out with interest in the information; however we do want to refer to some previously distributed information.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>First, on the December 7<sup>th</sup> meeting of the committee, verbal notice was given to all attendees that they must reach out in order to participate. Nest, on both December 11<sup>th</sup> and December 30<sup>th</sup>, affiliate members were informed/reminded that only those who expressed interest would be participating in this year’s virtual meetings. The written language read, “All affiliate members are wanted and welcome to participate in these virtual meetings, but if you are interested in being on this team, you must contact me via email at <a href="mailto:elizabethrouse.nfb@gmail.com">elizabethrouse.nfb@gmail.com</a> no later than Friday, January 7th.”<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>As it was expressed that any individual, regardless of title, position, or previous involvement, should have reached out, we only distributed our Washington Seminar Zoom information to those who reached out by the established deadline, participated in trainings, and exhibited their level of knowledge pertaining to our bills.
